How much do you drink?
Test yourself.

We are all different. We tolerate different amounts of alcohol and react in different ways. Many of us drink in the company of friends to have a good time. While some become happy and elated, others get tired, aggressive or depressed.

Most of us will feel when it is time to stop drinking, but others have a hard time setting boundaries. In the long run, high alcohol consumption often leads to social problems, sleep disorders, stomach problems, high blood pressure, headaches, irritation, anxiety and other problems.
